Tender   

• Issue the tender packages to the market for competitive bid.
• Undertale a detailed tender analysis of each tender offer.
• Prepare 'Tender Evaluation and Recommendation' reports.

Contract Administration 

• Respond to supplier and main contractor RFIs.
• Manage the FF&E prototypes and shop drawings.
• Issue for construction specifications.
• Supplier QA management and factory inspections.

Installation Management 

• Manage the onsite FF&E installation program.

Post Construction

• Prepare the FF&E Asset Register for the project.
